kachchi biryani is usully a featured dish for weddings and social gathering & celebrations.layers of meat,rice and potatoes are infused with warm and delectable blends ofaromatic spices to prepare kachchi biryani...the term kachchi means raw refeering to the biryani ingredients being combined raw in layers instead of frist cooking the meet or rice separate. traditionally,kachchi birayni is cooked in clay oven & the cooking pot is usually to cook in its own steam.the sealed pot is not opened until the biryani is ready to be served. A simple salade is saufficient as a side for kachchi biryani but traditionally kabab and chuteney are served alongside.Also very popular is to have borhani with kachchi birayni,which is a traditional yougurt drink.kachchi biryani is the most popular formal bangladeshi food that you mast try.......
