I decided on medium this time and cooked it to perfection. The grilled zucchini and sweet bell peppers are always favorite side dishes when unleashing the steak. I went to easy on the Himalayan pink salt on the roasted potatoes, something my unhealthy side regrets. A fine meal indeed.
