Enjoyed some healthy food at my mothers place

I visited my mother yesterday and I enjoyed some very nice healthy food at her place. She always helps me too eat healthier since she knows I like to eat sweet and more or less unhealthy food.

She offered me Tofu with salad yesterday and it tasted delicious
