Stuffed pasta shells from Pizzeria Delfina
I visited San Francisco two years ago and had some of the most delicious food of my life there. One place I enjoyed was Pizzeria Delfina where I had this dish of ricotta stuffed pasta shells baked with tomato sauce and spinach. The sauce tasted of fresh tomatoes and the bits of crisped cheesy spinach were so delicious. I actually tried to recreate it at home later on, but it didn't even come close to being as good. Maybe I need to go back for more research. 😉 This photo was taken with my Olympus E-PM1 and was unedited. I was lucky to have some great natural light that day!
