One sausage and two Vegan Brunch ideas !

Hi there !
Some time ago i did collab with an amazing Swedish vegan company called PEAS OF HEAVEN ! All their products are soy and gluten free and are made of pea protein into tasty sausages , hotdogs ,burgers and minced meat .
Vegan and cruelty free !

I did create two dishes with using one of their products called middags korv .

Option number 2 is with delicious bun and follow your heart plant based egg . Very nice to pack as a work / school lunch!

If you are going to visit Sweden you must try it out some of their products ! Right now for our family is a stable on our table .
