Hello friends, I hope you are all well. For the last week of the Steemit Challenge contest, I will be sharing my experience and a review of my visit to the appliance store. I would like to thank the organizers of this challenge, and without further delay, I am starting my participation.

A Visit to the Butterfly Eco Plus Showroom

I visited the Butterfly EcoPlus showroom, which is an electronics shop where various home appliance products are available. In this appliance shop, customers can find their favorite brands of TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, coolers, and many other electronic appliances. Official warranties are provided with all products here.

The store is located on the ground floor, below the AB Bank in Chowdhury Market, in the Bhatiary area adjacent to the Dhaka-Chattogram Highway. A great thing is that this shop remains open every day of the week. The store opens between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM, but the closing time is not fixed; it depends on the arrival and departure of customers. For instance, during festival seasons, they keep the shop open until late at night.

The interior of the shop is very beautiful and well-organized, just as an electronics store interior should be. There is ample lighting and a large space indoors. Since they have to keep many types of electronic items in stock, the size of such showrooms is quite large. All products are displayed inside the store.

Different brands of the same electronics are kept in various sections. For example, the refrigerator section has refrigerators of all qualities, and the TV section has TVs with various brands and features kept together so that the products can be showcased well to the customers. There were two salesmen in the store who help customers understand product details at all times.

International brand electronic items like Samsung, LG, Haier, Hisense, Panasonic, and Sony are kept in stock here. Additionally, the latest products from renowned local brands like Butterfly and EcoPlus are sold here. Customers can enjoy the facility of purchasing products with EMI for up to 36 months by providing a down payment.

Regarding the price, they have kept the showroom price for all products. Being electronic items, a warranty facility of 2 to 5 years is provided depending on the product. They are providing a 10-year warranty on the compressor with refrigerators, which is a very tempting offer. Besides, they offer great deals on other products as well.

Below, I am mentioning the prices of some home appliance items:

I spent quite some time in their refrigerator section. They had refrigerators of various brands, including single-door, double-door, and inverter technology models. Along with the official warranty, their after-sales service for their own products is excellent. We previously bought a refrigerator from them for our home, which is providing very good service.

I have visited this store several times, and our family and relatives have purchased many electronic items from here. Their after-sales service is so good that customers themselves suggest others to buy products from them. Due to the EMI facility with a low down payment, all customers can buy their favorite appliance items within their means.

✓ If you could take just one piece of equipment from this store to make your daily life easier, which one would you choose and why?

If I could take to purchase a product from here, I would take a TV. Previously, I bought a Haier brand 32-inch bezel-less Google TV for our house; the TV has been running well for about 2 years, and I have received a lot of help from this store regarding after-service.

They keep all the latest models of electronics that are at the top of people's preferences in their shop, so I am satisfied with their service regarding these products. Since they have provided good service for my previous products, I believe that if I take any other product, I will get the original product as a customer.

✓ What feature do you look for first when choosing an appliance: aesthetic design, price, or energy efficiency?

When I go to choose an appliance, I look most at its design and energy efficiency. We do not buy home appliance products the way we buy clothes or daily necessities. We buy them considering that they can be used for many years once purchased.

Therefore, I believe in getting a good brand product even if the price is higher. Since these appliances have to be displayed in the house, I keep the design in mind and prefer energy efficiency technology because I will have to use this product for a long time.

✓ Mention a kitchen appliance or utensil that you would like to replace.?

If I had to replace any kitchen appliance, I would replace our blender machine. Currently, a Japanese brand blender machine is being used in our house, which has been used for a long time. I have already had it repaired or serviced three times, so with time, its service is no longer like before. So, if I have to replace any kitchen appliance, it will be the blender machine.
