Who do you think you are, young Saliba?

It looks like William Saliba had decided to join Arsenal on a five year contract from St-Étienne despite Spurs sneaking in a late attempt to sign the plucky young French Under-20 international.

Saliba is costing the Gunners almost 30 million euros in total and that is with them lending him back to St Etienne for the 19/20 season.

Arsenal are really starting to pick up the pace now, with this, their second major signing of the summer with the top Brazilian youngster, Gabriel Martinelli being signed recently.

Unai Emery, the Arsenal manager has seen a bunch of experienced players leave recently. The question is, can these young and costly stars help Arsenal plug the gaps?
