the last few days I see, many use steemit accounts that take pictures of others and also no permission from the parties concerned.

I'm glad to hear you say its been worse I thought it was just me noticing more these last few days. I hope its not always this bad.
yes it is so that happened a few days.
we seem to see, there is no longer any policy from the steemit curator.
