Sadly this is the perpetual phenomenon on steem many people claim to love steem but they've never spent a day doing anything for steem, they're always on discord trying to gain a lot of upvote from whales and they hardly even support the communal aspect of steem in essence really. They're now hustling to get free ticket for steemfest all they know is take take and take, it's terribly pathetic that people are wearing camouflage under the pretence that they love steem. Its a big shame and it hurts me even deeper.
You said perfectly and much much better than what I exactly I want to say
I truly believe we can together build our STEEM ecosystem where we've more builders than takers
The most important lesson I've learned thus far is that people matter, community matters, each person truly matters. When we shut down the ideas of a single person it has a ripple effect that negatively impact others. And of course, the opposite is true. When we encourage someone, praise them, and listen to their ideas, it uplifts the person and lets the person know that their voice matters sending a ripple out into the universe

We have a bunch of titles and people but the real building of steem and community is definitely not there, I hope this post touches the hearts of these people so that we can intermittently have a rigid structural promotion setting from the top because like you said we need people to grow steem
