A yummy fruit too. But aren't these not ripe at all? Perhaps lichi is a fruit that will ripen in the kitchen when you pick it early. I don't know - it doesn't grow where I am. I only get to eat it as a treat when I'm traveling. So I associate it with good vacation times, which means I like it even more I think!
