Total fan of this! I've been a huge meat eater my whole life. It was just the way I got raised. I somehow turned vegetarian a few years ago, and I realised "there was more to vegetarian than risotto"... :) I started to discover the variety and amazingness of vegetarian food!

Totally! Glad we are on the same page @sams-world. There really are so much nutritious and satisfying veggies dishes out there!
