Be obsessively jealous and paranoid and start to believe that every woman on Earth dreams about taking him from you or bringing him into her bedroom/kitchen/garage. Dont forget to show it to him

Always be late for everything, every date, movie, dinner, meeting or whatever else, just start to get ready late and be at least 45 minutes late. ALWAYS. Especially useful if you are planning to go to cinema or have a very important first meeting with his family or friends

Dont ever do any kind of house work. Keep the house messy, dirty and PLEASE dont ever think about washing your clothes or dishes as long as there are some clean ones left. If you dont live together, invite him to your place often so he can see the reality

Text and/or call him any free moment you have during the day. If you are not working and he is, even better, you can always be on phone and chatting to him. Expect him to answer immediately and if it doesnt happen, block him on all social media and show him how angry and disappointed you are with him

Never let him go anywhere without you. Okay, work is fine. Anywhere else - not. Doctor, library, shop, public toilet - never leave him alone. What if he is planning to cheat you in a public toilet while you wait him in the restaurant!?

Ask for all of his passwords and add your fingerprint to his devices. Never give him your passwords or access to your phone. You have all rights to get angry if he doesnt agree - he must be hiding something from you

Act like a crazy woman when you are in public. Yell at him, make scenes, argue or just treat him like a little baby he probably is. Play mother - son role games

Stop taking care of yourself. Bite your nails, gain "some" weight, stop shaving, dont use make up if you did before or use it less. Wear ugly unflattering clothes, wait for him home in comfy 10 year old pyjamas (must be ugly and dirty)

Never ever sleep with him. He is cheating you with other women already, so whats the point?

Just truly hate yourself, him and the life. Be negative, complain, argue with anyone and everyone, all of the time.
