Did you also post that mail on the JBL Facebook page to increase public pressure, maybe even linked to steemit to get more readers?
No I didn't, I don't use Facebook! I could try to do something somewhere else though if they don't respond, I am hoping they have some trick up their sleeves to help me fix this one =D
