So apparently 1923 people had way too much time on their hands so they decided to break the Guinness World Record for "Wearing the most conical birthday hats in one place". Wow! What an accomplishment. You managed to do what children have been doing at birthday parties since birth.

As a side note, the party was for the Ohio State mascot Brutus Buckeye. For the uninitiated, a Buckeye is a nut. So basically the mascot is a giant nut-head named Bucky. If you walked up and called someone that, they might punch you. But whatever Ohio State, you do you!
