When I was a kid, we got our kicks by spelling out swear words on our Speak and Spell. I can still hear it struggling to say "dubayoo" (don't ask my what swear word has a "bubayoo" in it... I think you can guess).

But nowadays, kids can get Teddy Ruxpins that will swear like truck drivers and answer all sorts of NSFW content. And this is all thanks to our good buddy... AI. (No not the Good Guy Doll, that thing has a whole different set of problems... like being possessed by a serial killer).

No. I'm serious. A company Folo Toy released a talking teddy bear named Kumma who is powered by AI. When a group in Canada went to test it, they discovered that you could very easily get the bear to talk about all kinds of crazy and inappropriate things.

Make sure you do your research before you buy anything... just don't do it from your work computer.
