Don't really understand your choices here. Witcher is by far the best rated, with maybe B3 and AC Brotherhood managing to sometimes surpass it, but only when personal preferences are taken in consideration.
Brink is just a mediocre multiplayer fps game and Fable 3... is the worst game in the series, the game that destroyed it the whole franchise :( .
