A really cool humble bundle for older Rockstar games is currently running. You can get GTA up to IV, and Max Payne 3 is also included if you pay $15.

I have actually not played the fourth installment in the GTA series, so I am getting this, may play it at some point, if I have the time.

The bundle also has L.A. Noire. This is a great game if you like atmospheric, detective style games. It's the kind of experience you will remember years after having finished playing it.
