Magic the Gathering (MTG) - Ban & Restricted [B&R] announcement - Da-Planet

Every now & then someone in the MTG community tries to find out if MTG is doing a Ban & Restricted [B&R] announcement within the week & it looks like the page is not accessible atm. What format will it affect & what card is getting banned or unbanned? We wait until that day comes around.
