River City Girls 2 has great art design

Just in this one image showing some in-game graffiti there's a reference to another game (Shovel Knight), and lots of fun looking detailst hat bring the world to life. I'm not sure if GINGER WARRIOR is a reference like Fork Knight is, but it's evocative and really draws the eye even with a screen full of fun things to look at.
