World of Warcraft is one of the legendary MMORPG game developed by Blizzard that until recently she was already more than 10 years with plenty of expansion and development of the graph that has been done. MMORPG stands for Massively Mulitiplayer Online role-playing Game. This game has held the world record for the largest subscription MMORPG. The history of the game World of Warcraft developer Blizzard Entertainment is a computer game that originated in the United States, located in Irvine, California. Blizzard Entertainment announced World of Warcraft released in September in 2001.

The Burning Crusade, was released on January 16, 2007. Further expansion of the series was released on November 13, 2008, that Wrath of The Lich King. Gameplay of World of Warcraft MMORPG games, as well as in World of Warcraft you run one of the characters of the two factions, the Alliance or the Horde, at the Alliance you can create characters with race Human, Night Elf, Dwarf, Gnome, Draenei, Worgen, and Pandaren. As for my opinion on this game is still interestingto play because it has features and visuals for despite having a story line that is not interesting to me, and also this game can also be finished right with time 6 days only if you the focus in the play. World of Warcraft merupakan salah satu game MMORPG legendaris yang dikembangkan oleh Blizzard yang sampai saat ini umurnya sudah lebih dari 10 tahun dengan banyak expansion dan perkembangan grafik yang telah dilakukan. MMORPG adalah singkatan dari Massively Mulitiplayer Online Role-Playing Game. Permainan ini telah memegang rekor dunia untuk langganan terbanyak MMORPG. Sejarah Permainan World of Warcraft Blizzard Entertainment merupakan pengembang permainan komputer yang berasal di Amerika Serikat, tepatnya terletak di Irvine, California. Perusahaan pengembang ini telah mengeluarkan beberapa seri permainan World of Warcraft. Permainan pertama dari seri Warcraft ini dikeluarkan pada tahun 1994 dengan nama Warcraft : Orcs & Humans. World of Warcraft ini mengambil tempat di dunia Azeroth. Mendekati empat tahun setelah kesimpulan Warcraft sebelumnya, Warcraft mengeluarkan Warcraft III : The Frozen Throne. Blizzard Entertainment mengumumkan waktu rilis World of Warcraft pada bulan September ahun 2001.
Dan permainan ini dikeluarkan pada tahun 2004 pada tanggal 23 November yang merupakan 10 tahun lisensi Warcraft. Kemudian permainan ekspansinya pun ikut diluncurkan di tahun 2000-an. The Burning Crusade yang dirilis pada 16 Januari 2007. Seri ekspansi selanjutnya dirilis pada 13 November 2008, yaitu Wrath of The Lich King. Ekspansi ketiganya, Cataclysm dirilis pada 7 desember 2010. Ekspansi keempat dirilis pada 25 September 2012, yaitu Mists of Pandaria. Yang kelima dirilis pada 13 November 2014, yaitu Warlord of Draenor, dan ekspansi keenam yaitu Legion dirilis pada 6 Agustus 2015 yang diumumkan oleh Gamescom 2015. Gameplay World of Warcraft Seperti layaknya game MMORPG, di World of Warcraft kamu menjalankan salah satu karakter dari dua fraksi, Alliance atau Horde, di Alliance kamu bisa membuat karakter dengan race Human, Night Elf, Dwarf, Gnome, Draenei, Worgen, dan Pandaren. Sedangkan di Horde kamu bisa membuat karakter dengan race Undead, Troll, Tauren, Orc, Blood Elf, Goblin, Pandaren. Dapat kita lihat disini bahwa Pandaren dapat berada di dua fraksi, Alliance atau Horde.
Setelah kamu memilih race, kamu bisa memilih class dari karakter kamu, antara lain Warrior, Paladin, Hunter, Rogue, Priest, Death Knight, Shaman, Mage, Warlock, Monk, Druid, Demon Hunter. Setiap race dapat memilih beberapa class yang ada untuk race-nya, dan ada juga class yang tidak dapat dipilih pada race tertentu. Setelah memilih fraksi, race, dan class dari karakter kamu dan memberinya nama, kamu bisa langsung memulai permainan ini dan menjelajah didalam dunia Azeroth. Disini tugas kamu adalah menyelesaikan quest-quest awal yang diberikan, lalu quest-quest lanjutan hingga petualangan dengan pemain lain dari seluruh dunia.
Menyelesaikan dungeon dan raid yang berisi grup dari puluhan pemain untuk melawan bos-bos yang sangat tangguh seperti Ragnaros, Deathwing, Lich King, dsb. Disini kamu juga bisa melakukan PvP atau Player vs Player, yaitu melawan pemain lain, bisa dilakukan di open world antara Alliance dan Horde, melakukan duel antar pemain, maupun melakukan pertarungan di Arena dengan mode 2 vs 2, 3 vs 3, atau 5 vs 5. Dari awal peluncurannya, World of Warcraft menggunakan sistem subscription berbayar, setelah sebelumnya anda diberikan waktu untuk free trial. Ini dilakukan untuk tetap menjaga kualitas game dan keseimbangan konten permainan, sehingga sampai saat ini tidak diberlakukan sistem free yang memuat in-app purchase didalamnya. Variasi Regional Di Amerika Serikat, Kanada dan Eropa Blizzard mendistribusikan World of Warcraft melalui paket perangkat lunak retail. Paket perangkat lunak ini memasukan 30 hari permainan tanpa biaya tambahan. Untuk melanjutkan permainan setelah 30 hari tadi,maka para pemain atau pengguna ini harus membeli menggunakan kartu kredit atau dengan membeli kartu permainan prabayar. Durasi waktu minimum permainan yang bisa pemain beli adalah 30 hari dengan menggunakan kartu kredit, 60 hari menggunakan kartu permainan prabayar. Seorang pemain juga bisa memiliki pilihan untuk membeli tiga atau enam bulan permainan dan mendapatkan potongan harga 6 – 15%. Di Australia , Amerika Serikat, dan banyak Negara – Negara di Eropa permainan ini memiliki simpanan versi percobaan World of Warcraft dalam versi bentuk DVD, yang mana termasuk dengan permainan dan 20 level permainan. Setelah itu, pemain harus memperbarui ke akun retail dengan menyediakan kartu kredit atau membeli kartu permainan yang merupakan salinan permainan tersebut.
Di Negara China, karena banyak jumlah pemain yang tidak memiliki komputer sendiri maka mereka harus memainkannya di warnet (warung internet). CD key permainan ini memerlukan untuk membuat akun yang bisa dibeli secara independen dalam paket perangkat lunak. Untuk memainkan permainan ini, pemain harus membelikart permainan prabayar yang bisa dimainkan selama 66jam 40 menit. Model bianya bulanan tidak tersedia untuk pemain di Negara China ini.
