I do not think I know of another prison sandbox game, I could be wrong. There is the sequel, the Escapists 2, which is much better and the graphics have been updated as well, and the spin-off, The Escapists: The Walking Dead, which I still need to play. These are also in the prison sandbox genre, but I do not know of anything outside this series.

There are five different DLC packs you can add onto your game as well. One of them is FREE, Santa's Sweatshop. 🎅
