In Fallout 4 I make my character to 10 Charisma in the character creation, and I didn't regret it lol. And prioritize sneak and stealing skills (pickpocket and lockpick) from the beginning. That makes me rich real quick.
The problem is, I would die with only a few hits of tire iron.
