I don't know about that. I have found you can do quite a bit of the buy low and sell high at some stations. I find it interesting when someone sells me 3,000 rounds of ammo at .01 ISK each, then 1 minute later buys 5,000 round of the same type of ammo from me for 130.00 ISK.
