Is livestreamer "Ice Poseidon", responsible for his fans actions?

I personally think he is.

Who is Ice Poseidon?

If you don't know who Ice Poseidon is, he is a person who makes a living off being a live streamer - he live streams moments of his life outside when he is in the city (Los Angeles / Travels), and inside as well.

People donate to him, and he has some sponsors too.

Why do people watch him?

Whenever he livestreams, he interacts with strangers, and usually something interesting happens.

Wherever he goes, people call the businesses he is closest to, provoking them into interacting them. He's been physically threatened and his camera has been smashed before.

People also go out and find him while he is livestreaming (called stream-sniping) in order to get attention. Here's him after someone walked into his restaurant and sprayed a fire extinguisher inside the room.

In the youtube comments of this video, people say the person he was eating with knew the guy who sprayed the fire extinguisher.

Not only that, he's been "Swatted" (When people call the Swat Team on you saying you are dangerous), many times. The first photo of this post is one time, and he even got Swatted on an airplane.

His POV of the arrest

My Opinion

Wherever Ice Poseidon goes, it is clear he is a walking liability. How many times can he get Swatted until he admits that it is a problem to waste the police's time.

Wherever he goes it is like screaming "Fire" in a crowded theater.

One day someone is going to get seriously injured because his fans provoke people into confronting him. And the bad thing is that he is intelligent enough to KNOW that wherever he goes there is a very HIGH likelihood of shit going down.

Where does the responsibility fall?

Is isn't directly his fault, but I think he should take responsibility to at least try hiding his location and avoid stuff like getting swatted on an airplane.

What do you guys think?
