Growing Oyster Mushrooms on Used Coffeegrounds.

This is what we want to see, a happy chef with some fresh Oyster Mushrooms.
And that's what this is.
Its started a few months ago, as I tried to grow Oysters out of used coffee grounds. How few I knew that time.
Still I am not there yet but it's happening , and the results are interesting, to say at the least.

A few days after the first pinning. Length around 3 - 5 mm.

And then it goes fast..It grows fast.
