The recipe you provided is amazing. I am vegan, but without a doubt anybody that loves sweet potato pie would love this pie even more. Can't wait to grow some more of these tubers for this Fall's pie making season.
So glad to hear you love the pie! The ingredients are so wholesome, I would even eat it for breakfast. I am planning on growing double the amount of these Molokai purple sweet potatoes this year. I am starting the slips now. Can't wait for warmer temperature to get here so I can get this season started.
