It is funny how tastes change. When I was a kid, I would eat rhubarb raw and just loved it. Unripe crab apples were another of my favourites. I have to admit I still like things a little sour but raw rhubarb is not for me anymore. I have tried it in a pie with apples ... it was amazing that way:)
Thank you. Tastes do change a bunch, that's for sure. Apple pie with rhubarb is really nice, I agree.
