"FOR THE GIFTS AND THE CALLING OF GOD ARE NOT REPENTED OF."
Romans 11:29 (American Standard Version)

• A number of other points had been shared in the previous two articles.
This is a continuation of what we have been sharing in the two previous articles.

• Those who are called into ministry offices are not called based on their inherent gifts or abilities, but purely by God's election of Grace.

• In other words, they are called and chosen by God's election, they are anointed to do whatever they are doing by God's Grace.
• Every believer is gifted to do one thing or another in the body of Christ, but there are some believers who are called and anointed specially to stand in certain offices of ministry and minister to the body of Christ (Ephesians 4:11).
• The question is, Are all believers called into five fold ministries:
  29 ARE ALL APOSTLES? ARE ALL PROPHETS? ARE ALL TEACHERS? ARE ALL WORKERS OF MIRACLES? 30 DO ALL HAVE GIFTS OF HEALINGS? DO ALL SPEAK WITH TONGUES? DO ALL INTERPRET?" (1 Corinthians 12:29,30 NKJV).
• Of course, the only answer to all the questions in the above Bible passage is No. Every believer is gifted with a gift or more to work and bless the body of Christ with whatever their gifts are, but all are not called to be Apostles, Prophets and Pastors, and Teachers, and others.
  It thus means, as a believer, It is either you are gifted to work in the body of Christ, or you are called and anointed to equip or build up the Body of Christ. THUS, there should be no purposeless or functionless person in the body of Christ!

• If you are called as one of the ministry gifts, or you are called to operate in one of the five ministry offices listed in Ephesians 4:11; you had to honour or answer the call and be serious with it.

• Unlike being a gifted believer that qualified you to function according to your gift in the body of Christ, you had to be called into any of the five ministry offices listed in the book of Ephesians 4:11 as earlier said or mentioned.
• You cannot simply take or put the call of God on yourself: "TO BE A HIGH PRIEST IS AN HONOUR, BUT NO ONE CHOOSES HIMSELF FOR THIS WORK [takes this office by his own authority; takes this honour for himself]. HE MUST BE CALLED [chosen] BY GOD AS AARON WAS [Moses’ brother and Israel’s first high priest; Exodus 28:1]" (Hebrews 5:4 Expanded Bible).
• The ministry gifts are the gifts that Jesus Christ gave to the church. They are human beings that are called or appointed and anointed to stand in the ministry offices for the purpose of equipping the saints or believers for the work of ministry and the edification of the body of Christ (Ephesians 4:11,12). They are the ones said to be in the pulpit ministries!

• If those in these ministry offices did their work; equip the saints for the work of ministry, and the body is edified: "THIS WORK MUST CONTINUE UNTIL WE ARE ALL JOINED TOGETHER IN THE SAME FAITH [or all reach unity in the faith] AND IN THE SAME KNOWLEDGE OF THE SON OF GOD. WE MUST BECOME LIKE A MATURE PERSON [or the perfect Man; Christ], GROWING UNTIL WE BECOME LIKE CHRIST AND HAVE HIS PERFECTION [to the measure of the stature of Christ’s fullness]" (Ephesians 4:13 Expanded Bible).
a. The believers would come to the unity of faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God. That is, being united by our faith and by our understanding of the Son of God—Jesus Christ (Ephesians 4:13).
b. The people of God, saints or believers, would be mature and fully grown (Ephesians 4:13).
c. The believers would come to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ—become like Christ and have His perfection (Ephesians 4:13).

• The work or assignment of those who are called into ministry offices are just what we enumerated above.
• You had to identify or know the specific office you are called to, get settled on it, and face It squarely.

• You will not fail in Jesus' name.

• Should there be any ailment in your body, receive your healing now in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
• The hold of enemy is broken completely in your life in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

STEPS TO SALVATION
• Take notice of this:
IF you are yet to take the step of salvation, that is, yet to be born-again, do it now, tomorrow might be too late (2 Corinthians 6:1,2; Hebrews 3:7,8,15).
a. Acknowledge that you are a sinner and confess your Sins (1 John 1:9); And ask Jesus Christ to come into your life (Revelation 3:20).
b. Confess that you believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord, and that you confess it with your mouth, Thus, you accept Him As your Lord and Saviour (Romans 10:9,10).
c. As you took the steps A and B your name is written in the Book of Life (Philippians 4:3; Revelation 3:8).

• If you took the steps As highlighted above, congratulations, It means you are saved—born-again. Join a Word based church in your area and Town or city, and be part of whatever they are doing there. Peace!
