INFLUENCE OTHERS WITH YOUR FAITH 1

16 AND IF THESE NATIONS TRULY LEARN THE WAYS OF MY PEOPLE, AND IF THEY LEARN TO SWEAR BY MY NAME, SAYING, ‘AS SURELY AS THE LORD LIVES’ (just as they taught my people to swear by the name of Baal), THEN THEY WILL BE GIVEN A PLACE AMONG MY PEOPLE.
17 But any nation who refuses to obey me will be uprooted and destroyed. I, the Lord, have spoken!”

• God had had the plan in His general programme for the world, to reach the heathens, from the foundation of the world (Jeremiah 12:14-17).

2 IF INDEED YOU HAVE HEARD OF THE DISPENSATION OF THE GRACE OF GOD WHICH WAS GIVEN TO ME FOR YOU,
3 HOW THAT BY REVELATION HE MADE KNOWN TO ME THE MYSTERY (as I have briefly written already,
4 by which, when you read, you may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ), 5 WHICH IN OTHER AGES WAS NOT MADE KNOWN TO THE SONS OF MEN, AS IT HAS NOW BEEN REVEALED BY THE SPIRIT TO HIS HOLY APOSTLES AND PROPHETS:
6 THAT THE GENTILES SHOULD BE FELLOW HEIRS, OF THE SAME BODY, AND PARTAKERS OF HIS PROMISE IN CHRIST THROUGH THE GOSPEL."
Ephesians 3:2-6 (NKJV)

• The Israelites had earlier thought an access to God was exclusively theirs. They never thought God could reach out to the whole world; other nations of the world—the gentiles (Romans 11:25; 16:25).

• Even those of them who believed in Christ Jesus could not believe or agree that God would embrace the gentiles, the rest of human race, and allow them to be part of His family and have access to the Abrahamic covenant (Acts 10:45; Galatians 3:28,29).
• This shows us that no one is privy to the whole plan, agenda, or programme of God for the whole world. He reveals this gradually, page by page, chapter by chapter, no one can claim to know all.
• Jesus Christ came to die for the whole world, not for the Jews, or some exclusive set of people. He died for all, both the rich, the poor, the great, and the small—regardless of the race or colour (Galatians 3:28; 5:6; 6:15).
• And this was already in God's plan, It was only revealed to the foundational Apostles, which Paul was given the main assignment (Acts 22:18-21; 26:14-18; Ephesians 3:2-6).
  THIS is the reason why he was heavily persecuted by the Jews, even the judaizers—the Jewish believers (Galatians 5:11).

• No one can claim to have the overall knowledge of the programme of God for His church on the earth.

• He reveals these things bit by bit, we would always know in part as long as we are still in this mortal body (1 Corinthians 13:9,12).
• There are things which God has in plan for His church on earth that are yet to be fully revealed, though they are not foundational and not contradictory to the written Word (Galatians 1:8,9).
• No other foundational principle would be revealed, but there are other things to be revealed as the church of Christ matures or grows to perfection: "FOR NO OTHER FOUNDATION CAN ANYONE LAY THAN THAT WHICH IS LAID, WHICH IS JESUS CHRIST" (1 Corinthians 3:11 NKJV).

• No one should claim to know everything about God and His programme for the planet earth.
• This is why each dispensation or each move of God is usually an improvement of the concluded one—the previous.
• The new move of God will always be better and stronger, in revelation and manifestation of His power and glory (Hebrews 8:6).

• God is progressive. He is a moving God. He is not stagnant at all. Wherever you see stagnation, God is not there, neither does He get Himself involved in such a thing: "BUT NOW HE [Jesus Christ] HAS OBTAINED A MORE EXCELLENT MINISTRY, INASMUCH AS HE IS ALSO MEDIATOR OF A BETTER COVENANT, WHICH WAS ESTABLISHED ON BETTER PROMISES" (Hebrews 8:6 NKJV).

• Thus, you should be flexible when it comes to the revelation of God. Endeavour not to build a denomination on the revelation given to you.
• Someone received a revelation on how worship should be done methodically, thus, we have the Methodist church. Likewise on water baptism, we have the Baptist church, and the Lutheran church, and many others.
• Although, this may not be possibly avoided completely, but you can build a walk, or relationship, or communion, with God; that would make you flexible enough to move on with God as He moves.
• Even if a denomination is formed or established through a revelation, the pattern of worship should not be regimented. It should be a pattern that allows the Holy Spirit to work and move and change things when there is a need for it.

• Whenever the cloud is moving, you should be ready to move with it (Numbers 9:17-21). Through this, stagnation would be avoided.

• Thus, you would not be obsolete and be a novice in the move of God, in His overall programme for His church on planet earth.
• There would always be a fault in whatever is happening or being done, in every move of God. The fault was not caused by God, but the humans—because God is perfect and He is not an author of confusion (1 Corinthians 14:33).
• Those who are given the assignment or being used as the instruments to fulfill or actualize the programme or plan or the move, cannot but be excessive.
• Whatever God has planned to do is always faultless, but the humans that would be used for the execution of the programme might allow excesses and lapses because of the imperfect nature of mankind.

• You will not fail in Jesus' name.

• Whatever sickness or ailment in your body is cursed and uprooted in Jesus' mighty name.
• As from now on, you are totally made healthy in Jesus' name.

STEPS TO SALVATION
• Take notice of this:
IF you are yet to take the step of salvation, that is, yet to be born-again, do it now, tomorrow might be too late (2 Corinthians 6:1,2; Hebrews 3:7,8,15).
a. Acknowledge that you are a sinner and confess your Sins (1 John 1:9); And ask Jesus Christ to come into your life (Revelation 3:20).
b. Confess that you believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord, and that you confess it with your mouth, Thus, you accept Him As your Lord and Saviour (Romans 10:9,10).
c. As you took the steps A and B your name is written in the Book of Life (Philippians 4:3; Revelation 3:8).

• If you took the steps As highlighted above, congratulations, It means you are saved—born-again. Join a Word based church in your area and Town or city, and be part of whatever they are doing there. Peace!
