Golden October Impressions on my highway A3 commute near Niedernhausen
This year is crazy! The end of October is near and I am sitting in my office with an open window and way above 20 degrees celsius.
During the past 4 or 5 weeks it did not rain at all which is very unusal for the season. The rivers rhine an main are on an alltime low when it comes to waterlevels and farmers complain about reduced harvests and in some eastern regions of the country it looks like desertification begins…. However not everybody complains about the dry and warm weather. This year is great for wine and I heard there will be a second strawberry harvest.
On my commute to work I am currently experiencing awesome sunrises which makes me feel if I would live in Italy, maybe tuscany :-)
This year the October is indeed very golden!
