SteemUp Ghana was a success: See how we turned it up with the power of the Steem for the first Ghana Steemit Meetup
Can you see the happy faces in the picture? Smile if you do!
Promoting Steemit has become a major part of my day and dreams. I started out as a young man who wanted to discover what it meant to be truly free and not dependent on the government and like some fairy tale, I have indeed found the key to being an independent dreamer. I just don't dream anymore, I now live the dream!
The Steem Blockchain is the mother ship of freedom and they had designed Steemit as the ladder to help individuals like myself climb up into peace and abundance. Individuals like myself who have been continuously deprived and cheated now have a platform from where our voices are heard.
SteemUp Ghana held on the 6th of January 2018 in the Ghanaian city of Sunyani, and we were hosted by @Tj4real and the entire community who from the moment we stepped our feet in Ghana stayed with us till we departed.., amazing fellas.
Did you know that @Tj4real's dad and mum including his siblings all rallied round him to ensure he got all the support he needs and also to ensure a successful meetup? Stay tuned for the video I did of his family.
HOW IT ALL WENT DOWN.
We (@Ejemai, @Fisteganos, @Tojukaka, @Adejoke16, @Gee1, @Ewuoso and @Ibukun) arrived at the venue being the Sunyani Teachers Co-operative Union, behind VIP Station.
We took turns to talk to the expectant audience about Steemit in various capacities and i have got the videos to share as well.
Watch @Ejemai talk about what Steemit means to him.
Watch @Fisteganos talk about quality content and the need to be consistent on Steemit.
Okay I am sure you too have learnt something from that very short but powerful presentation. Steemit is amazing and it brings out the best in us all.
Watch @Tojukaka talk about Steemit.
What do you think? We have amazing Steemians who have the ability to make unbelievers belivers.
NOW THE PHOTO ROLL CALL.
The meetup has opened Ghana community to the freedom that is embedded in the Steem Blockchain and on the Steemit platform. Seeing the faces of these existing Steemians and the newbies who came to see what the fuss about made me understand that we truly are blessed to be in a time as this and having just a Steem to make lives better.
The Nigerian Team introducing themselves.
With Steemit, there is no Country or Nations divided, but a people united in a common purpose to raise themselves from the economic deprivation as handed down by the centralized government.
This is the new face of social media where everyone is handed their own tools to mine their earnings with no fear of consuming too much energy.
By just owning smart phones and a determined mind, we have become millionaires in our own currencies and rights.
The Children came out to Steem.**
IN ATTENDANCE- Ghana.
And over a dozen new users who were registered during the Meetup.
FROM NIGERIA, We had @Ejemai, @Fisteganos, @Gee1, @Adejoke16, @Tojukaka, @Ibukun and @Ewuoso.
The journey to Ghana was one of so many adventure for myself and the team most of whom made their international trips debut with this meetup. Isn't Steemit wonderful?
It is my desire to take the Steem to every country in Africa and leave them better than I met them, and like play like play, I just beautifully concluded my First International Steemit Assignment.
The decentralization gospel of Steemit as Started by Dan '@Dan' Larimer and Ned '@Ned' Scott is making lovers of haters and better lovers of those already in love.
APPRECIATION.
A special thanks to @Donkeypong whose support was instrumental to our visiting Ghana as a team. Boss, you are an inspiration, God bless you richly.
Also, I thank everyone of you out there that has supported through upvotes, comments and prayers as we take the Steemit message to our world. To the Ghanaian community, you guys are awesome and thank you for the amazing hospitality.
WOW good job! this is SERIOUS man!
I have been working with @mcsamm @tj4real @kwakumax @ortigas100 yeah you guys are going to really impress people because going from Ghana's level to crypto to rich will be MUCH more of a noticeable change than a developed nation getting a little more crypto.. but the crypto salaries are VERY impactful and CHANGES LIVES in Africa!
We will have a DOCUMENTARY on Africa steem! Steemn gahan team ghana will be Explosive I know @thejohalfiles will love to support a documentary series where he can earn millions off the views and rewards and get a majority stake in the profits and all he will have to do is use his upvotes as investment, and we can pay him the profits from for example Dtube rewards on the documentary
This is great! Steemit is really changing the world for the better.
