For those who think Africa don't have inventors, please think again.

In my previous post i wrote about how we Africans have "sold" the wrong image about our continent to the world. Click here to read the post.
In this post i want want to talk about a young man who has made history by inventing a bicycle that rides on water.
The young man identified as Frank Darko, who is a lover of science, was a final year student at the Takoradi Technical University formerly known as Takoradi Polytechnic pursing a course in Graphic Design but had to defer the admission during his final year in school based on personal reasons.

He revealed that his innovative bicycle which was his first invention, took him 4 months to complete

This according to him was his quota to the development of his country Ghana, but most especially to help the young schoolchildren who always swim to school to have an easier means to school.

His invention has attracted reaction all over social media where many people have commended his innovation and called on the government give him all necessary support.
But the question remains, will he ever get the desired support from the government of Ghana considering the nonchalant attitude of African Governments in the area of supporting innovations such as this?
Kindly let me know your thoughts on this in the comment.
Thanks for being here today.
See you next time
We have brain to do alot as Africans but sad to say our governments are too bad in sponsoring.
That's really true, African governments show very little or no support for innovations that can make Africa stand out.
Thanks @ifetofunmi for your comment.
good job..
Thanks @indrarianda
sama-sama sobat @largerben
Nice post..... We have talented and creative people in Africa but they lack sponsor...
That is really true @joagawu. This is a major problem we're facing in Africa.
Thanks so much for being here
wow, it's impressive... but how fast can it go? Any new invention must beat what we already have in speedboats. There must be an edge to any new inventions over the old ones. Kudos though!
