Well you wrote a comment supporting something that he does not like at all (ginabot cooperating with a "Scheme Team" etc.) And now he flagged all other comments under that post.
I got a flag by him once as well for a similar reason. He did not really dislike my comment (I guess), he just flagged every comment in that thread. I got a ned upvote on that comment an hour later so it paid off xD
