how to separate gold from stone (machine method used by people of Aceh)
hallo friend steemians, after yesterday i memebahas how the community take the golden stone on the mountain, now i will tell how they separate him from the stone. okay here's the story:
yes as you see above is a stone grinder tool commonly called spindle by the surrounding community. these tubes are in motion by the machine usually in the engine tractor engine or rice mill machine by the community to rotate this tool. in it there is a solid iron that is elliptical about the size of a hand and there is also a small weight that ranges from 5-8 kg per iron, in which there are approximately 3-4 solid iron per tube. this iron is the one who will destroy the stone later.
Stones that want to milled should be in puree use the hammer first, so that the machine easier to work and does not require a long time to see the results. the stone in the puree to the size of the toes or smaller than that is also better.
then the rocks are input in the grinding machine, then wait about 1.5 - 2 hours to then in mercury insert into each tube. mercury to separate the gold in the stone, the mercury sucking the gold until it is encrusted in it.
after that wait 20-30 minutes and dismantle the machine, use water to clean the stones that have been in the puree, look for mercury that has suck the gold ago and lift.
then the combustion process to purify the gold, and finish, so it is pure gold.
so little story about how the people of Aceh separate gold from the golden stone that is taken from the hole that has been made on the existing mountain of gold. thank you who have read and memvote my writing, please vite that many suapaya I am more excited to write her hehehe ..
