For some time Satan has tried jesus with great patience ; answered him he did until he couldn't tolerate him no longer which made him show his strength and authority , he rebuked the vile creature at once..
for it is written, "thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only
shalt thou serve."
The place referred to is in Deuteronomy 6:13 kiv
