Sylvester Stallone Dead In February 2018 Is A Celebrity Death Hoax

in #google7 years ago

Sylvester Stallone dead in February 2018 is a celebrity death hoax. There is no truth to an updated death hoax about the Rocky and Expendables actor which originally was posted in August 2016. Rather, sick trolls are again falsely suggesting that Stallone had died.

However, Stallone just recently posted a graphic for Creed 2, which is in production. For the sequel, Steven Caple Jr. takes over for the film, which Sylvester Stallone has penned and returns to star in alongside Jordan and Tessa Thompson. Also back is Dolph Lundgren, reprising his role of Ivan Drago from the fourth film. Joining them is Florian Munteanu who plays Drago’s son.

Stallone has been the subject of death hoaxes in the past and this is just another one. This time someone shared the below image to fool users on social media.

The Facebook message then linked to a clickbait web site known for creating and sharing celebrity death hoaxes. This web site’s list of celebrity death hoaxes include ones for Vin Diesel, Nicolas Cage, Jaden Smith, Jim Carrey, Angelina Jolie and John Cena.

The Rocky legend had to post on Instagram to deny false reports that he was dead. He shared a photo example of the hoax, with the caption, “Please ignore this stupidity… Alive and well and happy and healthy… Still punching!”
