What would be a suitable solution for inflation and help existing poverty in Latin American countries?

In my opinion I think that a key factor by which people do not give them as much money as before is because government supports are mostly in money and the people who give it themselves do not do any work By which it can be obtained only by the government and its different programs.
That causes money to grow and therefore the price of products rises because of the amount of money in circulation, called inflation, and people are still with the same amount of money and not enough.
A good solution that could provide the government instead of giving economic support could give work in different works or open new sources of employment to occupy people and have to work to earn their wages without having to get it faith free way and so they Have a desire to excel as well as generates knowledge.
It would seem that they are paid based on the work done.
And therefore inflation does not rise because they grow just like industry, jobs and money to pay for the work done.
In other parts of the world this process is used and it is known as universal work in Spain and giving government resources as universal basic income.
We can say that the work is more useful than the wrong money given that those people stop working on jobs like gardening and masonry for government support and work would help them more than just economic support.
Currently we see a great economic crisis and high inflation in Venezuela due to bad government, partly because it generates many temporary jobs that would cease to exist, to print more money so that there would be no economic problems, which is what caused its currency to fall and the Products of basic necessity were controlled,
As well as expropriating private companies and leaving everything to the government
