I think this case goes back a little bit but it looks like it has just been decided that these artist should get a pay out!
The details are in the link but I think there must be more to this than meets the eye.

And 100% I do hope that they put some of that Money back in. I used to visit Queens when I was younger as my gran lived in Far Rockaway. I spent 2 months out there in 97 when I was 17 so got hang out with the locals.
Some of the money would do so much good getting the younger ones in to programmes where they could also do some art or something creative!
