I think you will loose the 15SP delegated from Steem in the coming days.
To compensate this, I have already delegated 30SP to the account as well because I think it is a great initiative and I'm keen to follow the developments.
Furthermore as an idea, to attract more SP you could setup a profit sharing approach based on the amount people have delegated (similar to minnowbooster).
Thank you, @parejan! Profit sharing is one of the things that I'm considering to implement for the next days... but first, we need more users in order to be able to create a business model.
