Ok, so we ought to send all anti gun people to jail. This guy committed a felony, created an illegal weapon and therefore we ought to jail all of them. That is how it works, isn't it?
It just shows that law enforcement is selective. They only do what is opportune and safe - like not trying to stop an active shooter at a school..
