Police are helping the money and weapons of elite paramilitary police officers involved in extrajudicial killings in El Salvador, CNN reported. The name of this campaign, titled 'Mano Dura' by the Salvador government, In order to make the mission successful, the United States administration is continuously giving thousands of dollars to law enforcement and military forces.

In the hands of CNN, there was a UN report earlier in the day. There the country's police have been widely accused of extrajudicial killings. The report also recommended the abolition of the provisions of the law enforcing agencies.

In the first six months of last year, there were allegations of killing a group of 43 gang members against a group of police there. Evidence has been found in the investigation, many of these murders have been made by police. CNN says the United States has given significant support to the group.

This force, known as the Special Reaction Forces (FES), was broken earlier this year. Many members of this later joined the new Elite Force. Recently the United States is giving alms to the elite force.

What kind of assistance the United States has helped Salvador police and who are receiving the assistance is not known. This is done through strict secrecy. However, the published documents show that the United States has contributed $ 67.7 million in 2016 and 72.77 million dollars in 2017. But they say the team has received 'coach' from the FBI and the DEA.

The two people, who are reluctant to disclose the name, know about US training and equipment-related issues, told CNN, the FS-US team supported by the team. The details of the technical assistance from the United States in a report given to the Congress are known, although the names of those who have received the assistance have not been published there.

US aid to the FES and A-A-Party teams showed moral support to the police against the MS-13 team. MS-13 is a criminal gang of Salvador, who debuted in Los Angeles in the 1980s. Recently, its members have spread in America and El Salvador has around 10 thousand members. The US government has called multinational threats to members of MS-13 groups, and Donald Trump has said 'animal'.

On one hand, FES officials are shot dead on gangsters, on the other hand, the US government is helping their money and weapons. America is sending back thousands of members of the MS-13 group to El Salvador. The United Nations report says that due to the return, the group's resurgence may occur in El Salvador.

For the first time, a spokesman for the US Embassy in Salvador admitted that the United States was supporting FES. But he said, "The US government monitored the allegations of extrajudicial killings with utmost importance." The person further said that the United States government helped Salvador's police after extensive observation. Humanitarian matters are viewed very seriously there. The US embassy, however, did not say anything about arms assistance

Evidence of the culture of El Salvador Police's compliance is found in WhatsApp leaked from a leaked conversation with police officers. There the police officials would be killing any gang members among themselves and talking about what the killings would be hidden in the trick. Messages are first leaked in May 2017.

They asked CNN about the message to the police, they denied it. In a message, a police officer who beat a gang member before the murder describes his experiences with his colleagues. He said that the weapon was left in such a situation so that the incident actually looks like the gunfight.
