Who doesnt dream about 6 pack or a slim stomach these days....Lets get to the point.Stuborn belly fat is hard to burn/lose and if you think that doing only general abs exercises will do it ,then you are wIMPORTANTFirst thing you need to know is you cannot loose fat from your https://steemitimages.com/DQmdxnLukCYwjmm19MbgRDgikWhm9BVWU3CE94bLeofPhTy/bodybuilder-331670_960_720/center>belly only.If you think of loosing your body fat you must know that the fat will start disappearing from the rest of your parts first and belly,tighs and your bum will be the lats places where you will see the difference.This is why the fat located in these parts is called stuborn.Doing only abs will make them stronger only but fat will stay there. TIP 1 TO AVOID:  

  • You must avoid some certain food products: white bread,fried meals,milk,juices,friuts,beer,cookies,cakes,fastfoods, and everything with high content of bad carbs,sugars,empty callories and bad fat.Simply saying all crap food. Examples of these you can find everywhere in internet.You need to limit them to the minimum or 0.
  • If your body fat is high or lets say your belly is big,too big then forget about abs exercices at this stage.Why ? because you are not able to do abs correcetly.

TIP 2 THINGS TO DO  

  • I would reccomend adding cardio exercices before abs workout.You will have better results if you leave core specific workout until the end of your session.If you have a big stomach dnt even start doing abs yet because you wont be able to do even 1 rep correctly.Start from cardio exercices instead and when you progress and lose some weight then you can add core specific workout.
  • Cardio workout should last 30min  minimum of stable training (humans body in first stage of your training burns energy from carbs,in a later stage it starts burning fat) 40min-1h is an optimal time for cardio exercices

  • Do follow eating tips.
  • Drink a coffe if coffeine doesnt affect your health or a green tea before workout.The Coffeine gives energy same as a green tea,helps burning fat and speeds up your metabolism.
  • Take Vitamin  C  .People who consume 500mg of vitamin C daily burn 39% more fat during exercise than those who have less than 100mg, according to a study from Arizona State University.
  • Men can achive better and quicker results when they train on empty stomach
  • Women are advised to train after a light preworkout meal.

*Last two tips were diligently tested and proofed by many groups of health specialists and proffessional sports universities. Simple right ?
