Great Volume day in the gym, but I forgot to do one exercise.
Hi everyone
Yesterday after work I went to the gym. It was a higher volume day and I did the following:
• Incline dumbell bench 3x10 @ 16kg
• 1 arm dumbell press 3x11 @10kg
• Face pulls 3x12 @ 14kg
• Tricep extensions with stretch 3x12 @ 14kg
• Deadlift 2x10 @ 52.5kg
• Lat pull downs 3x8 @ 39kg
• Reverse Lunges 2x8 @ 12kg
• Dumbell Farmers walk ( I forgot to do it 😑).
• Barbell curls x14, 14, 10 @ 15kg
Next time I will make that list of exercise on my phone so that I don't forget.
