Intel introduces Coffee Lake, the eighth generation of processors

Intel today launches its eighth generation Intel Core "Coffee Lake" processors, but only in the U version for laptops. Intel declares that this new generation has more than 40% of the previous performance, which is compounded by the increase in total cores.

The first eight-generation processors will arrive in September, while Coffee Lake CPUs for PC Desktop will be announced on August 22, with availability by the end of the year. Pending official specifications and reviews, we can take a look at the new i7 and i5 Coffee Lake packaging.

The new Intel UHD Graphics 6x integrated video card with hardware decoding support for new video formats such as 10-bit and 4-inch VP9, ​​along with the new HDMI 2.0 and DP 1.4 standards, is confirmed.
