Foodaholic vs Druggie
There are worse things to be than a Foodaholic AKA addicted to food, in this world. For an example: a druggie.
However, the wrong food is as bad as drugs, or even worse. There is a food pyramid depicting how much of which type of food you should consume for a balanced diet. What we usually do is the complete opposite of this scale.

According to this pyramid, we can take a measure for our own, what types of food and how much of it we consume at the moment. You will realize that our eating habits are not looking so good. These bad habits have resulted in so many sicknesses, diseases, and even cancer.
It is up to you to make a change in your lifestyle and lead an easy life towards the end of it. The high volume foods are not that expensive and top of the pyramid food is expensive. So, we are basically spending more and killing ourselves.
So, make a change in your lifestyle for the better. The choice is in your hands.
