Wow, this is a great post. It is a great reminder to let us know the importance of vitamins to be specifically vitamin B you talked about. You are right. The health benefit of vitamin to the body can not be denied so also Vitamin B. I love eating fish so much so by this i am aso taking both protein and vitamin. Two classes of food in one food.
