Yes, meditation or some kind of deep, slow breath can simply start your day in peace. So, when you wake up, don't immediately check your cellphone or laptop, okay?

Gratitude is your way to be happy. By thinking about all the gifts that God has given you, you will realize how lucky you are. That way, you can be more enthusiastic about going through the day.

  • Drink

The point is that when you wake up, drink immediately. The body during sleep is dehydrated. According to Donna Gates, author of The Body Ecology Diet, you need to drink half of your daily water intake in the middle of the morning.

Drinking will expel toxins and make you less hungry after waking up, as well as reduce headaches.

  • Stretching

This light exercise will really help you release aches, increase flexibility, improve blood and air circulation in the body, improve posture, and avoid stress that can occur all day.

  • Listening to music

Research in 2013 showed that music can make you feel good at heart. The participants stated that two advantages of listening to music are good mood regulation and self-awareness.

If you regularly listen to your favorite music, it will make you more motivated, your performance will be cool, and you might end the day with a good night's sleep because you have a happy day.
