One cause the skin of the hand looks aging could be because you have thin skin and sagging. Usually, skin that tends to thin will more easily look wrinkled, not rubbery, and looks like crepe paper.
Sagging skin can be caused by excessive exposure to sunlight. Because the sun can break down the collagen that makes skin remain supple and tight.
