For instance, they can create more sintetic versions of vitamin C and they are even selling those as cheaper supplements in pharmacies!! Always check it comes from fruits and veggies and best is to integrate lemon consumption daily. For example: water lemon as the first thing you drink in the morning! But maybe I will write a separate article on that. It flushes toxins out of the liver and helps us clean the inflammation.
