Four Pillars of Good Health

We do everything to run our Jobs successfully but are we really taking care of our health in same manner.
Here I would like to share four important pillars of good health.

Lets discuss about first pillar - PROPER EXCERCISE

Regular excercise can improve your body flexibility and Body Mass Density.

Regular exercise can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing disease like type 2 diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease etc.

It has long-term health benefits, gives you confidence and help in developing positive attitude.

Minimum 15 Minutes walk daily and regular 30 minutes Exercise.

Spend/ sit 15 minutes in Morning sunlight (Good for metabolism of Calcium). Practice for Deep Breath.

Second PILLAR - Proper Sleep

Proper sleep rejuvenates all the body system and its good for our brain health.

Insufficient sleep / sleeping disorder could bring several serious health problems, such as heart disease, diabetes, obesity and headache.

Eat 2 hours before you go to bed. Sleeping 7-8 Hours like Baby sleep is must.

Third Pillar : Positive Attitude

Positive attitude Boosts our Immunity.

Positive thinking helps in lowering high blood pressure.

Positive thinking gives you healthy aging and lower your stress level.

Negative thoughts gives your stress and tension but Positive thinking Improves Heart Health by releasing happy hormones.

Read Good Books, Motivational Books regular for 20 mins.

Fourth Pillar- PROPER NUTRITION

Food has low nutrition now a days because of the high use of chemicals, pesticide and increased pollution.

A good diet can help you in weight management and it can lower your risk of Heart Disease.

Calcium rich diet keeps your bones and teeth strong and helps prevent bone loss(which leads to osteoporosis)

Because Food has less Nutrition to keep you Healthy so food supplements are important for us.

In rgaurds to food having low nutrition it really is void of vital minerals and vitamins because the soil that food is grown in has been depleted of all the necessary minerals and vitamins. Now taking an over the counter vitamin such as centrum one would think would be good, but no way can that pill have what’s it claims and the pill usually passes through the body before it can even be broken down. A good liquid vitamin such as Alive is always a good option.

I agree with you @dentalchik, now our soil has no minerals in it. And yes choosing a right supplement is also very important. If it's not gonna metabolise easily then waste of money.
